Where possible all facts have been left in place except names due to the rising popularity of litigation (do we have to do everything the Americans do? isn't putting on a few pounds enough of a sheep mentality?)

The idea behind these case studies is to demonstrate how your fellow business colleagues are using and perceiving the Internet. Everything from negative, positive and completely ignorant has been left in.
