Someone once said that "All entrepreneurs have at least one major failure" and in my experience as a business Internet consultant I can say that I have seen and experienced this in almost every business circle. Some of the time it could have been avoided, others could have had the damage reduced with a little more planning and knowledge.

The purpose of this section is to provide a cross section of failed projects, struggling websites or any other pear shaped scenarios that have come to Internet Consultancy and Management Ltd looking for help, advice or sometimes even rescue.

Some scenarios have had names and places changed as the people involved were in the middle of legal action at the time of writing or were too embarrassed to admit they made such a large cock up!
